1. Payment

There are two options for payment:

• Get a Laundry Card: The laundry card is used to start washers and dryers. The card is reusable and reloadable. Head over to the payment station and tap the “Touch here to get New Card” on the kiosk. Then insert cash or select Credit/Debit. The kiosk does not provide change or refunds. Your payment amount will be added to the balance on the laundry card. Click here to check your laundry card balance.

• Get the App: Click here to download the LaundryCat app on the Google Play. Click here to download the LaundryCat app on the App Store. Click here to download the LaundryCat app on GooglePlay. After downloading, follow the prompts to load funds.

2. Sort and Prepare

Begin by sorting your laundry by color, fabric type, and care instructions. Pre-treat any stains with a stain remover for best results.

3. Select Your Machine

Choose the appropriate washer and dryer based on your load size and fabric care requirements. Our staff are ready and happy to assist you in selecting the right machines.

4. Begin

Place your laundry card or LaundryCat app on your selected machine’s card reader. Choose the appropriate settings. Add any detergent or fabric softener, and begin.

5. Dry And Fold

Once your cycle is complete, transfer your clothes to a dryer or folding area.
