Machine Use & Etiquette

• Remove laundry promptly after cycle ends
• Items left over 15 minutes may be moved
• Do not use multiple machines unnecessarily during busy times
• No dyeing items or washing heavily soiled (oil, grease, biohazard) items without approval
• Shake out debris before loading machines

Drop-Off Service / Wash & Fold Policies

• Turnaround time: 24–48 hours (unless otherwise specified)
• Same-day service subject to availability
• Pricing by pound (minimum weight applies)
• Items must be machine washable and dryable
• Items left over 24 hours may be donated or discarded
• We reserve the right to refuse heavily soiled or hazardous items

Garment Care & Liability

• Care is taken with all items; however, we are not responsible for:
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Color bleeding
  • Shrinkage
  • Items without care labels
• Stains may not be fully removable
• Liability is limited to 10× the cleaning cost or fair market value, whichever is lower

Payment & Refund Policy

• All sales are final once a cycle begins
• No refunds for misuse of machines
• Please report machine issues immediately (contact information posted in-store)
• Refunds or credits are issued at management discretion

Safety & Security

• Premises are under audio and video surveillance for safety and security purposes
• By entering, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• No weapons or threatening behavior permitted
• Emergency contact information is posted on-site

Hours & Access

• Open daily: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Last wash: 10:00 PM
• Doors may lock automatically at closing
• No entry after last wash time

Kids Zone Policy

• Children must be supervised at all times
• No running or climbing
• Equipment and toys must remain in designated area
• Parents/guardians are responsible for injuries or misuse

Cleanliness Standards

• Clean as you go
• Dispose of lint, trash, and detergent containers properly
• Report spills immediately
• Staff maintains the facility throughout the day

Equipment Protection

• Horse blankets must be washed only in the designated machine
• Use of non-designated machines for horse blankets will result in a cleaning and sanitation fee of up to $100, plus any associated downtime or damage costs
• Yes, we can handle boat lift vinyls. We even have a dedicated 80 lb washer for large outdoor items like these
• No rugs or industrial items without approval
• No shoes with heavy mud or debris
• Use appropriately sized machines
• Misuse resulting in damage, excessive cleaning, or machine downtime may result in additional charges
• Please shake out all sand and debris before washing

Abandoned Laundry
